This has got to be the BIGGEST rip-off ever.

Please tell me no one funded this crap!

    No one funded it. Why would they? We threw it together in about a week, three years ago, to solve a problem we had internally.

    As a free service I might use it. The only thing that would concern me is that software licenses can be as valuable as credit card info. In terms of value for someone else.

    We figured that as well, hence the high-security options for folks. It encrypts all of your information using your password as the key, which is stored hashed on our server.
