What Do I Need To Learn Asp.net Or Vb.net?

i already know visual basic programming and website development using javascripts and vbscripts. Now i want to learn ASP or VB.net? what would be the best program language i need to master? and what specifically software i need to buy to learn this.

    Go to msdn.microsoft.com and download free versions of VB Express and/or C# Express. There are many resources there for learning; tutorials, videos, papers, etc. Look locally for a .Net user group and check out http://www.ineta.org.
