NuGenDeskX™

NuGenDeskX is a comprehensive application that allows a user to have multiple desktops, configure them, move a window from one to another and much more. Programmed for the .Net platform, NuGenDeskX is unique. It employs both static and dynamic views, mini previews and one very intriguing feature is the ability to view all of your desktops at once, and even drag windows between them. With so many desktop manager applications available, NuGenDeskX stands apart with ease of use and an extensive feature base.

Features

• Multiview
  Multiview allows you to have panoramic view of all desktops, shown in groups of 4. You can either have a static look, where the desktops will show the last screenshot taken, or have an interactive view (you can drag windows from a desk to another).
• Live Multiview
  Drag windows from a desktop to another and arrange the program screenshots so you can take a better look at the running applications.
• Static Multiview
  Static Multiview is quite simple; it only shows the last captured screenshot of the desktops. You can bring a desktop live by double-clicking it.
• Mini Preview
  MiniPreview allows you to have a small and nice panoramic view of what is running on your desktops. It will show the last captured screenshot of all desktops. Like multiview you can bring a desktop live by double-clicking it.
• OS Support: Win 2000, XP, Server 2003 and Vista

IMPORTANT NOTE
Before installing this product, you must uninstall any previous version!

Options

• Load at Startup
  Allows you to automatically start the program when you log in.
• Load/Save config file when starting
  All your preferences are stored in a file. If you want your settings specified only once you should enable this feature.
• Allow restore windows when starting
  When NuGenDeskX starts it takes a screenshot of every non-minimized program, if any window is minimized the program takes screenshot of the rectangle that is shown in the task bar.
• Update themes in local machine
  Persist last active desktop visual themes
• Show desktop images in Live Multiview
  Multiview background will show the desktop wallpaper
• Multiview background color
  This is the background color that will have the multiview window

Requirements

This product requires Win 2000, XP, Server 2003 or Vista with minimum 512MB RAM.

1. Support Indicator shows if support is provided, required or unavailable for the associated version.

2. Version Medallion show which version of the framework the support is provided for. The medallion also quickly identifies support by the color. Blue indicates support, red indicates a minimum requirement, and gray indicates a lack of support.

Example:

	The application/component is compiled directly against the .Net Framework 1.0 or can be used without change or application configuration. Can be used with later versions, but may require application configuration.
	The application/component requires at least version 1.1 of the .Net Framework. Support for later versions may be available and will likely require application configuration.
	.Net Framework version 2.0 is not supported even with application configuration.
